II. Terms and Conditions- Fares is valid for 8 to 10 people.
- All villa rates (including discount rates ) are subject to an additonal 10% for governmental VAT
- Are include A.R transfers to the airport, a welcome cocktail, a first meal by time of arrival.
- Drinks and food of your choice are billed at the best price of the day. + 11% service charge.
- Every suite for 2 persons . Extra guest will be charged 20 US $ per person per night including breakfast

III. Reservation Guarantee- All reservations must be confirmed with 50 % deposit within 10 days after booking is confirmed
- The balance to be settled on arrival.

IV. Check in – Check out- Check in time is at 2 pm, and check out time is at 12.00 am.Unless no guests arriving on the day. Day room possible for late departures.

V. Cancellation & No Show Policy- The deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation made more than 45 days prior to arrival, we will refund two nights from the deposit.

On last minute bookings, according to availability : We can rent the house by room.
You will have the whole house for you by renting one room only.
